Hello all,

My SQL query produces a nice excel table and in one column the retuned value is "=B2" now once I double click the cell, the cell updates to reflect what is in B2. Is there an easy way to update all the cell values at once?

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
You can do this for a single column all at once.
First, select the whole column, and make sure the format is set to "General".
Then, from the Data menu, select "Text-to-Columns" and click Finish.
Does that fix it for you?

If you have multiple columns to do, you could do them manually, following the steps noted above, or create some simple VBA code to loop through all the columns that you need to do this to.
