I'd like to have the entire sheet saved to pdf, with a prompt for the user to select the location.

I have found similar scripts that save the sheet, but not one that prompts for location

Thanks

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Hopefully somebody with a Mac will step in & help.

Hi

You can make an input box to get the file name, then use code below to save the file.

You can learn how to add a userform and controls to the userform here:
VBA Express : Excel - Programmatically Add a UserForm

Use a variable for the file name

Rich (BB code):
    ChDir "/Users/UserName/Desktop/"
    ActiveSheet.ExportAsFixedFormat Type:=xlTypePDF, FileName:= _
        FileName, Quality:=xlQualityMinimum, _
        IncludeDocProperties:=True, IgnorePrintAreas:=False, OpenAfterPublish:= _
        False
