VBA Tables To Outlook

Hi,

I am looking to make emails for each line in excel that reads Y email is needed. It would take the line and make a table to send to users. Anyone done this vba before? I am just finding selected ranges and big tables pasted to outlook. I would it to loop each line to create bulk emails.
