VBA to count the data in multiple sheets with criteria

I need VBA code to count the data in multiple sheets ( No of sheets were not fixed, it will be added when ever required)
For example in column ' I ' , i have my criteria A & B . If both are matched, it should be counted and also be updated in another sheet named "Report".

It will be very helpful i get a code for this one.
