VBA to Extract certain Rows to a new worksheet

Hi All
I have this sample of data

what i need is a vba macro to only extract rows with "late Pen" and paste them into a new sheet

second question

if i have about 100 files that have the same structure in the same folder
can i extract rows "in the first question" from every workbook and past it into a new file with a sheet for every file
