hi,

in Week 2 column, i have column Holiday (I column). In week 1 tab under same workbook, i want to add another column next to column I, if there is any holiday in Week 2. Else end if. not able to get it with below.

note: Macro to be moved to next step, once column is inserted. Else it will keep adding column. Because Week 2 will have Holiday column with values or it will have random, or it wont have any holiday hours.

Code:
Dim a As IntegerDim lastrw As Long

lastrw = ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Week2").Range("I" & Application.Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
 For a = lastrw To 100
    If ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Week2").Range("I" & a).Value <> "0" Then
     Sheets("Week1").Select
Columns("I:I").Copy
          Columns("J:J").Insert Shift:=xlToRight
    Application.CutCopyMode = False
Range("I12").Value = "PHOL2"
Else
Next a

End If
