There seems to be an inconsistency in the availability of this control across all versions of of Excel - personally, I would avoid using it - there are plenty of Userform date pickers created that are free to download

here is one article that may help:Calendar Control for All Office versions - including Office 2016 64 bit (With Advanced Features) - E90E50

but there are plenty of others you can search for

- cannot be specific but in general, Date Pickers created by others is just a userform with buttons & would just return a selected to use in your code. These "home brew" creations normally will work in most versions of excel.

helpful if you share with forum what it is you are trying to do in your project. Plenty here to offer guidance.

If you are looking for one that functions along same lines as the MS Date Picker and will work in all versions then not sure it exists but perhaps others here may know otherwise .

let me rephrase my question since i wasnt allowed to load as its own question
i do not have use of user forms or when they do allow some work it is very minimal, also i am taking a course but none of the lessons worksheets are supported as they are all in 32 bit
i was told that this is because i have 64 bit excel
leave the date picker aside
what do i do to transform 32 bit i to 64 bit
