i am building 12 Order forms that are all identical except for a 'special instructions' text block that needs to be editable. i am trying to build that all into 1 form. i used VLOOKUP to select the 12 different text blocks and that works perfectly. but now i cannot click on the text block to edit some throw away values. i just select the vlookup formula. for example..
<TABLE style="WIDTH: 449pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=599><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 449pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 21906" width=599><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 51pt" height=68><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 449pt; HEIGHT: 51pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8" class=xl66 height=68 width=599> "Update Key Via Web OR
Key Swap Via Mail
Customer Understands they will be returning ________ Keys in ______ days."
they need to be able to click in there and fill out the # of keys. this value will not be kept.
is vlookup the right tool for the job??
</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
