Hi guys,
Currently in order to monitor the WAN links I have to use Reachability Dashboard of Cisco Works which updates every 15 minutes. I have to see which links are down and every 30minutes put those entries into Excel Sheet to be sent to the link vendors.

Also, I have to keep monitoring the Dashboard to see which one have come up and put that time in my sheet as well. So, that the vendors know when the link went down and when it has come up.

It is a lot of pain and I know there must be some smart tip that I can automate this in some way (at least semi-auto).

So any tips?

This is what the webpage(dashboard) looks like

It shows down devices on the top and up device after that on the page in a table.

In Excel I have to mark the Device name/Downtime/Uptime/some comments every 30mins or so.
