We are in the business of diesel trading and have around 40 customers which are in a fixed schedule.

This means that we will supply them with diesel on fixed days such as every tuesday and thursday, or every 5th and 20th of the month, to name a few.

I want excel to be able to automatically generate the work schedule for the day based on the criteria for every customers, so I could print it out and hand it over to my delivery guy.

I've gone through the list of functions but found none that can do so. Any help?

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
upload sample files so that can be understood

for example, on every week

For Monday, i have customer A,B,C
Tuesday, Customer B,C,D
Wednesday, Customer A,D

Is it possible that on every monday, the excel will display the schedule listing A,B,C automatically so I can print and pass it to our dispatch drivers?

Then on tuesday, it will display B,C,D automatically.
