Not sure how to ask this question properly, so it may have been answered elsewhere. In cell C3 I am referencing a cell on another worksheet using "='SF Pivot'!F8". This formula returns a number. What I'd like to do is have a formula in another cell that returns the worksheet name used in cell C3.

Thanks in advance for you help

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Please try this:
=CELL("Filename",'SF Pivot'!F8)
If you need just the file name without the path, you can use MID and FIND functions to find the "[" and "]"
