I am wondering if there is a way to insert multiple blank rows in between my occupied cells which are individual interest rate scenarios broken down by 12 months for 30 years. In one place I need to add 348 blank rows and in other places on my worksheet I need to add 240 blank rows four times, and 336 blank rows four times. If anyone could help me execute this task I would greatly appreciate it.

EXAMPLE 1:

Before:
A A A A
BLANK ROW
B B B B B

After:
A A A A
BLANK ROW
BLANK ROW
....
BLANK ROW x348
B B B B

Example 2:
C C C C
BLANK ROW
D D D D

After:
C C C C
BLANK ROW
BLANK ROW
BLANK ROW x240
D D D D

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
What triggers the adding of blank rows and what determines how many rows are inserted?

All you do is download Kutools then from your Kutools tab go to, insert, insert blank rows & columns, and from there you can do virtually what ever you want with adding multiple blank rows.
Apologize for the dumb question in the first place, clearly a stupid mistake.
