Is there a way to deny a cut/paste to users while allowing Copy/Paste, and clear contents for the Workbook?

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Place this macro in the code module for ThisWorkbook:
Code:
Private Sub Workbook_SheetSelectionChange(ByVal Sh As Object, ByVal Target As Range)
    If Application.CutCopyMode = xlCut Then
        MsgBox "Please DO NOT Cut and Paste. Use Copy and Paste, then delete the source if necessary."
        Application.CutCopyMode = False
    End If
End Sub
Modify the message to suit your needs.
