how to use averageifs to calculate week to date averages

i have dates in column A with corresponding performances in column C...i need help to create formula that will calculate the average of performances in column C ...using week to date criteria

thanks for the help...for some reason i can't get the formula to calculate...below is the data i need to calculate...with the date in A, and the performance % in C..so whenever new information is entered for the day, i need a cell to show AVG performance % for the week to date
