Cannot Copy Worksheet

Downloaded a file, CSV, and saved as XLS. Now cannot Ctrl and drag worksheet to make copy. Have search w/o success for explanation. Have done this many times over years from many sites and never a problem. Any help appreciated and Thanks-

Hi Isadoko,

I was not aware of the Ctrl drag worksheet tab to make a new copy of worksheet. I tried it in XL2010 and it worked fine for me.
