VBA to Refresh Define Names

Hello,
I have a table (TBLCost) which has 8 columns:-
A: Cost Type
B: Cost SubType
C: Product Type
D: FY2017
E: FY2018
F: FY2019
G: FY2020
H: FY2021

I'm using the Indirect function to find the product cost for a FY.
This table is dynamic that is rows (products) and FYs can be added/renamed or deleted.

I need you assistance please, to have a macro/vba to select the whole table, add or refresh the names for "Top Row" (from column Product Type) and "Left Column".
I don't want to delete the whole Name Manager list as I have other names defined.

If you are using a table why are you using named ranges?

You should be able to refer to the table, and its data columns, etc., using structured referencing.
