Building a manpower document that fills in from a master roster. I assign positions based on a designated value assigned. The macro I use works but I also would like it to assign multiple values in a range of cells. So if I have it looking for “T” it lists everyone with a t next to their name. I also want it to find “OT” and list in those same range of cells. So multiple match values. The part in the macro is if(c6:c78=“T”,ROW(c6:c78)). Can I add more than just “T”?

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
