How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
As you have told us absolutely nothing whatsoever this is a guess.
Make this change

          nxtDst_rw = Sheets(2).Range("[COLOR=#ff0000]B[/COLOR]" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row + 1
If that doesn't work, then please explain what you are trying to do & why the macro is not working.
