how to make a vlookup with multiple conditions

A vlookup with one condition is simple enough. How would I do a vlookup to get me the cost of smth in the province of Ontario that is 10 KM away?

Province	Distance	Price
ON	5KM	$5
ON	10KM	$10
Quebec	5KM	$15
Quebec	10KM	$20

If it is guaranteed that there will only ever be one matching record, you could use SUMIFS too, i.e.

=SUMIFS(C:C,A:A,"ON",B:B,"10KM")
