Google sheets - trying to convert formula to a script

Good afternoon Demigods,

I have the following formula in google sheets:
=if(AND(T3="",U3=""),"",if(or(RegExMatch(D3,"RXJ"),RegExMatch(D3,"SXJ")),TEXT(T3,"MMM-YY"),if(RegExMatch(D3,"RIJ"),TEXT(U3,"MMM-YY"),"")))

What i am after is the formula converting to a google script.

Any ideas please?

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
