Fee between the range

Hai,

I need help on this, as per below table, how to use formula in power pivot or power query.

What i need, fee per month automatic in the particular column if the start period and period end between the particular column. example item 1, the fee 50 per month, and start period from Feb 17 to Apr 17, therefore, the column feb17, mar17 and apr 17 have 50 value and the column 0.

Hope, you all understand what i mean.Thank you
