I'm using Navision which only has a starting date in the tables.
I have an exchange rates table as below
I have a transaction line with the posting date 02-04-2015 where I need to add the exchange rate for this date. It is the first in below (6,9464) but how do I find this result with a Power pivot or PowerQuery formula?

Starting DateCurrency CodeRelational Exch. Rate Amount
01-05-2017EUR7,4379
02-05-2017EUR7,4369
03-05-2017EUR7,4372
