2 conditions for conditional fomatting

i am trying to use this formula for conditional formatting but its not working

=($B3="Henry,$i3="Harry")

My data in is columsns B3 to I200

Column B And coulmn I are names

=or($B3="Henry",$i3="Harry")
or maybe
=and($B3="Henry",$i3="Harry")

I imagine you want to use AND() or OR()..

=AND($B3="Henry",$I3="Harry")
=OR($B3="Henry",$I3="Harry")
