4 on 4 off Schedule help

Hello, I’m looking to set up a 4 on 4 off schedule that alternates days and nights too. I have a rota set up but I’m willing to rework it to fit in with the formula anyone can help with. I have set up a regular 4 on 4 off using a previous threads idea but Im hoping to advance it to show “days” and “nights” and “off”. Also show all information on a separate sheet and all formula work on a different sheet for viewing purposes. Hope someone can help

Just looking at the second picture, the one with the ON/OFF. You have dates down the side what does that indicate?
