I keep getting this exception when I run a particular macro. The macro errors out and displays the message, "Conversion from string "Request #" to type 'Double' is not valid". However, no where in this module is there, "Request #". I'm stumped as to why we are getting this exception and error?

Any help is much appreciated.

Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Your macro is using CDbl() somewhere in the code, i.e. to convert a string to a variable of type Double.

Presumably this string is being read in from Excel or other source, and rather than picking up a numeric request number, the macro is picking up the label/prompt "Request #". This can't be converted to a number using CDbl, hence the error.
