I am working on a workbook which contains two sheets. In one sheet I have ratings of my teams and on 2<sup>nd</sup> sheet I have letters to be sent to the teams. The letter contain undermentioned string containing rating of team marked Bold and Italic. Is there a way I can link the ratings from sheet 1 to add them in the string automatically just like in MSWord mail merge technique. Need your help.

This is the basic method, although you may need VLOOKUP() instead of a simple cell reference.
