Adding a clickable US Map to Excel 2013 Dashboard

I would like to add a US map to my dashboard of election results. Clicking on a state would lead to charts of results.

Any ideas?
 

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
