Hi I need help.
I have a work book that contains several sheets that include formals.
These formals use data from the different sheets within the workbook.

What I’m trying to do is in one sheet insert 3 new columns without it changing the column letters eg insert the 3 new columns after column A so the could read A,A1,A2,A3,B,C etc.
So they would not effect the formulas within the rest of the Work book.
Is this possible?
Thanks

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
When you insert new columns, it rearranges the letters of the columns. ie. if you insert 3 columns between A and B, then the B column becomes column E and the inserted columns would be B, C and D.

Hi
Thanks for replying. I understand that, but I was wondering if there was a way to stop them being rearranged.

Thanks
