adding CSV to a cell

in one cell I have data such as:

d10d100i01d09d07i04

and i am hoping to to add a comma before each letter so that it appears like this:
d10,d100,i01,d09,d07,i04

i dont mind if it has to add a comma before the first one either:
,d10,d100,i01,d09,d07,i04

i have a lot of data like this and need to be able to loop it, however if someone can get me on the right path with adding the commas i should be able to manage the rest.

Would a find and replace do it? For example if you searched for "d" and replaced it with "d,"?

I have written a macro in Excel 4.0 Macro. I am sorry to use this old version because I cannot use VBA.

I would like to give you the macro I wrote, but I cannot find an attach button here.

You can use for_next and Mid(.....) to find the lettters one by one and to add a comma befor each letter.
