Allow entry into cells but once entry is made, don't allow to edit, delete or replace without admin password

Hey guys, I want to protect my sheet in a way that once an entry is made into a cell, it's not editable anymore without admin password

Were you eventually able to find a solution to this problem? I have exact same need but can seem to find my way around it.
