Amend Excel Formula to be used in 2016

Dear All,

Need your help I am using 365 at home and at work most Excel users uses Excel 2010 and 2016
my request is to amend the above formula to be able to be used at work

your assistance is highly appreciated

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
I'd use a pivot table.

What do they need to be aware of? You create it for them. (you can add some code to refresh it automatically if the data changes.

Your alternative is a load of array formulas pre-entered into enough cells to cope with any possible changes to your data.
