Hi Guys,

I am looking to do a presentation where I present the costs differences between 2 home loans.

1. Example one is a loan at 5% pa
2. Example two is a loan at 4% pa

There are two graphs that i am trying to build.

1. the cost savings between example 2 and 1 over a 30 year period (monthly repayments); and
2. a graph that plots the principal, interest and balance over a 30 year period for one loan only

The attached website module is exactly what I am after but I just need to be able to do it on excel so i plot a comparison on one graph and have a input field to account for varying interest rates.

https://www.creditkarma.com/calculators/amortization

I cam do this in a butchered was if i do a pmt and stretch over a number of periods, i was just hoping there would be a smarter way

I really appreciate teh assistance.
