Assigning staff based on hours required and staff hours available

Hello all!

I have an Excel problem where I need to assign employees to a task based on 1) hours required for that task and 2) employee hours available. Here is the data I have:


Employee
Week Apr 22 hours availableWeek Apr 29 hours available
Employee A1520
Employee B010
Employee C100

<tbody>
</tbody>


ProjectWeek Apr 22 hours neededWeek Apr 29 hours needed
X05
Y1010
Z1510

<tbody>
</tbody>


I want to get all possible staffing options (e.g., multiple employee names to choose from) for each week for each project.

Can anyone help? Thank you so much!
