Looking at the sample work sheet by that name, I am intrigued by the formatting of the top row, in which the cells themselves are canted away from vertical. How is that done?

Hi Steve and welcome to the Board.
Which worksheet are you referring to ??
and at a guess, it sounds like you mean Italics...Right click the row or cells / Format Cells / Font / Font Style / Italic

No, I'm not referring to italics. I'm referring to the outline of each cell, and the angular incline of the text. Thanks for the reply, though.

Steve, You can do that formatting by...

Right-Click on your Cell or Range > Format Cells... > Alignment > Orientation
Then either enter a number of degrees or click on the graphic that looks like half of an analog clock face to select an angle.

EDIT: The directions above will incline the text. I'm not aware of a way to make the Cells themselves any shape other than rectangular.
Is that what you saw? It could possibly be done with Shape Objects instead of Worksheet Cells.

Yes, I figured that out on my own. To get the exact desired result takes a little tweaking, but it is really quite simple. Thanks for your hrlp.:)
