Auto resize rows based on Merged cells with hidden rows

hey all
what I need is for excel to auto-rezise rows based on the size of merged cells when rows are hidden.

So in the image, there is a block of text in H2:H9.
when rows 2/3/6/7/8 are hidden(cos they are 0), I need rows 4/5 to resize so viewers can see the whole content of cells H2:H9.
