Hi, I am wondering is it possible to have a table I have in excel automatically sort once data is updated/refreshed?

I have 4 columns.

Column A = List of countries
Column B = Is vlooking up a pivot table in another sheet to return a monthly figure
Column C = Is vlooking up a pivot table in another sheet to return an annual figure
Column D = Is a formula, returning column B as a percentage of column C.

Column D is the column I am using to sort the table by highest % to lowest %.
However, when I refresh the pivot tables and the figures change, I need to go back to the table and manually highlight it and click sort to sort column D by highest to lowest.

Can I do something that when the pivot refreshes and it may impact the sort order, it will do it automatically?

Thanks

Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
