Basketball Stats Workbook -Want to add tabs for individual player stats

I have a basketball stat workbook in Microsoft Excel 2013. There is a tab for each game with the players listed and their stats for that specific game. I also have a tab with the team's stats that pull from each game tab.

I would like to be able to add a tab for each player and have their individual row of stats pull from each game tab. What is the best, most efficient yet quickest way to do this?
