I'm trying to find a max value within 4 cells and then award bonus points for highest.

The max value in BD19:BD22 should then result in 5 points in BE19. since the results will be different everytime, thats why I'm looking for a formula to produce this result.

example of what it should look like when done:

BDBE
18FINISHESBONUS
19210
20220
21235
22210

Is this possible to achieve?

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
Put this formula in cell BE19 and copy it down to cell BE22...

=5*(BD19=MAX(BD$19:BD$22))

THANK YOU both of you! That worked perfectly Much appreciated. Now all I have to do is solve a Auto sort issue and I'm almost done. :)
