I'm not sure what to do, so I can use some help.

I have an Excel file that is stored on a SharePoint site that people can access. The file is too large, so they cannot open it in their browser, rather, they must open it in Excel itself. When some users open the file and excel, they get an older version of the current file.

I had one user go into the file menu, select options, select save, and click the clear cached Files button, close the file, and restart the file. And doing this did not solve the problem, and the file that was opened was two months old.

Any thoughts on how to fix this issue?

Thanks
