I'm looking to calculate the days of the week between 2 sets up days, while not factoring in Saturdays.

For example below (with service days being the result):

ABService Days
30-May3-Jun3

<colgroup><col span="2"><col></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>

Excel Facts

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Try this, where May 30, 2019 is in A2 and June 3, 2019 is in B2.

Code:
[FONT=Verdana,Arial,Tahoma,Calibri,Geneva,sans-serif]=NETWORKDAYS.INTL(A2,B2,17)-1[/FONT]

You're welcome. I'm glad it's working for you.

Just to confirm, if just sundays were to be omitted, the resulting formula should read: =NETWORKDAYS.INTL(A2,B2,11)-1 ?
