Calculating QTD with multiple years data

Hi Everyone,
I need some help in calculating QTD for mutilple years, months and dates, please see the table below. My actual sheet will have data from 2018 to future years by each month. And each month could have multiple dates in it, like shown in the sample data. I would like to display the result as shown in the sample data right below under "pivot results" Is there a way to do it the way I want it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I hope I was clear enough. If not, please let me know and I will try to explain it in detail.

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Sorry, the data got all messed up when I copied it from Excel. Here is the better version if it.
