Hi

I am using Excel 2013 and looking at setting up a pivot table and chart to show:

Freight Cost
Freight Budget
Variance %

I can't seem to get the variance column to show the percentage change between actual and budget correctly

Can anyone help me with a formula?

Thanks

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
To answer a question the way you presented it is hard to say from a distance. Is this a calculated field in the pivot table itself or is the variance field an existing one in the source data range? Is the formula correct? Is this an issue of rounding or decimal places? What for example does your result show now that is not what you expect, and what would you expect? I see it is your first post here, so just a sincere, friendly tip, these are the kinds of info-bits that if you can provide, can help people to help you.
