I'm creating a "smart" search that will do a search after a user types anything in a cell. So whether it's two or three characters or several more, I want to call a macro. The outcome would be similar to the Google search page.
Any ideas how to call a macros based on a user typing in a given cell (without the user having to press return or leave the cell)?

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Not gonna happen (natively anyway). Excel is on hold while you're in edit mode and nothing's going to happen until you exit.

You might be able to use a User Form text box and its Change event.
