Call Userform Only for Empty Cells

Hello

I use this vba code to call Userfrom :

Private Sub Worksheet_BeforeDoubleClick(ByVal Target As Range, Cancel As Boolean) If Not Application.Intersect(Target, Range("B1:B22")) Is Nothing Then
Cancel = True
UserForm1.Show
End If

Please tell me which are the modification for VBA code when i want to call Userform only for emtpycells..(Cell B2 Bellow John..
