CAML Query Sharepoint and Default List Views

I am new to CAML quering a sharepoint website. The code that I have below works great to get the data from a sharepoint website. The problem I have, the admin of the site created various custom views. And the default view is a truncated view of the data in the site. And the query gets the data from the default view. How can I alter the my code to get the entire data in the list (Allitems).
