Can I copy the outline structure to another part of the worksheet?

I have created 8 tables, arranged vertically, in a spreadsheet (2 years, 4 quarters for each year). In the first table I have created a series of manual groupings via the outline functionality.

Can I "cut and paste" or somehow recreate those exact same manual groupings in the other 7 tables of the worksheet?

I forgot to mention, that the groupings are "row groupings".
