Change Cell Color

Hello All,

How can I search a range of numbers, and change the cell color if there is a duplicate(without ascending and conditional formating)?
 

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
One way - the whole range is selected then the CF formula is entered:
