Does anyone know how to change the order of the x-axis labels in a chart. I have a chart that has good, neutral, poor, very good. I'm wanting to change the order to poor, neutral, good, very good.

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
You use a field for ordering other than the field that will be displayed. By adding a SortBy field to the table that contains your codes (Poor, Neutral, Good, Very Good) then add this SortBy field to the Row Source query for the Chart object. By not specifying anything for the Crosstab row in the query grid, but specifying Ascending within the Sort row of the query grid, your data will be sorted in the order you want.
