my company publishes articles using pubslisher. We used to use Harvard Graphics to create our charts. However, now are tryong to convert all our charts to excel. the problem we are having is that when we copy and paste a chart to publisher it is very large. when we shrink it to fit the page, it dosen't look right. the fonts cannot be read. I was wondering whether there is a more effecient way of reducing hte size of charts in excel and then exporting or pasting it into publisher document.

Excel Facts

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
Try this: make each chart a separate sheet. Go to View and choose Size with Window. Make the file window neither maximized nor minimized by clicking the middle of the three buttons on the right of the title bar. Then you can resize the chart in excel by resizing the window, and force many charts to the same proportions for pasting.
Once saw a macro that let you specifiy a chart size in inches, but don't know how to code.
