Check box Question

Hello, so I am looking to have a check box show the date it was check in a cell on true, and nothing on false. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Does this do what you want... if you check Checkbox1 (true), cell A1 will show the current date.

Private Sub CheckBox1_Click()
    If Me.CheckBox1 Then Range("A1").Value = Date
